WEBDESIGN: Visual and technical implementation: I deliver a website based on your needs and my know-how. First we'll decide what your new website will look like (concerning visual aspects like colors and design elements etc), how the information will be distributed and what technology suits you the best. Once the look and feel is right, it's time to convert it into a working website. For the technical minded, this means that the website will be coded so that it can be displayed in any web browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer.

The website can be build eather in pure XHTML or in FLASH (For examples please refere to the portfolio on the next page). XHTML is the standard markup language for non animated web sites but can be combined with animated FLASH-Elements. For animated websites FLASH is commonly used and offers almost unlimited possibilities. With FLASH you can create interactive websites, rich media advertisements, instructional media, engaging presentations, games, and more.
If required, your website can be reinforced with JAVASCRIPT which enables a fast interaction with the content of your website.
Furthermore, it should be decided whether you will want to be able to update the content of your website yourself. If that is the case, the use of a database is needed. I specialize in mySQL which is one of the most commonly used databases used for web content management. I apply the programming language PHP to your website so it can communicate with the database. PHP, as opposed to JAVASCRIPT and FLASH, is platform independant, which makes it highly recommendable for website programming.
A CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) gives you complete control over content of your website: You will have the ability to update content, add pictures or extend your website. It offers maximum flexibility since design and content are strictly separated; Your changes are automatically formated which adds consistency to your web site.
